Terms of Service

Foundeur provides company formation services for German and French legal entities, including GmbH, UG, SAS, and SASU formations. All services are conducted entirely online and in English.

Foundeur acts as a formation agent and coordinator. We prepare and review documentation, liaise with notaries, banks, and government authorities, and guide customers through the registration process. Foundeur does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm.

Optional services include registered address provision and visa application assistance for customers relocating to Germany or France.

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted to Foundeur. This includes personal details, company information, identity documents, and source of funds declarations.

Customers warrant that all individuals named as founders or directors are legally authorised to act in such capacity under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

Foundeur's liability is limited to errors or omissions directly caused by Foundeur.com in the preparation or submission of documents. In such cases, Foundeur will correct the error and, where correction is not possible, issue a full refund.

In no event shall Foundeur's total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service. Foundeur is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

To cancel your order, contact support@foundeur.com in writing.

• •Within the 14-day document upload window: Refund minus €99 administration fee if cancelled before documents are verified and formation has started.
• •After documents verified and formation started: No refund after Foundeur has verified all submitted documents and commenced formation.
• •Incorrect or fraudulent information: No refund where cancellation results from customer-provided inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
