Full Refund — Foundeur Error

You are entitled to a 100% refund if Foundeur makes an error on our part — including errors in document preparation, filing mistakes, or any failure attributable to Foundeur — that prevents your company formation from completing. We will also correct the error at no additional charge wherever possible.

50% Refund — Government Rejection Outside Customer Control

If a government authority rejects your formation for reasons entirely outside the customer's control — and not attributable to information or documents provided by the customer — you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the formation fee. Foundeur will review each case individually and may request supporting documentation.

Refund Minus €99 — Cancellation Within Document Window

If you cancel within the 14-day document upload window — before your documents have been verified and the formation process has started — you will receive a refund of your payment minus a €99 administration fee to cover processing costs already incurred.

No Refund Scenarios

Incorrect or fraudulent information

No refund is available where cancellation or rejection results from information provided by the customer being inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

After documents verified and formation started

No refund once Foundeur has verified all submitted documents and commenced the formation process, including preparation and submission of documents to authorities.

Document deadline missed

No refund if you fail to submit required documents within the 14-day window and do not request an extension.

Customer-caused government rejection

No refund if government rejection is due to the customer's personal eligibility, inaccurate documents, or information provided by the customer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, contact support@foundeur.com with your order details and reason for the request.
